Hello everyone, I have the following requirement.
I have built a form with Forminator, this form is then generated as PDF with e2PDF. But now I need the stationery still as background of the form. How and where can I deposit this PDF as background?

Thank you!!!

Hello,

You can use an "Image" object: https://e2pdf.com/docs/elements/image

After selecting an image and resizing it as the page background, you can set the "Z-index" to "-1" via "Right Mouse Click" -> "Properties" and lock the layer https://e2pdf.com/docs/elements/elements#lock

We remain at your service.

Thank you very much.
This has also worked so far, but unfortunately the PDF I have deposited is not displayed in the mail that arrives.

Hello,

Be sure that the E2Pdf Template is connected to the correct form, and activated, and that you have the correct shortcode with the correct "id" inside the mail body under the "text" tab. See please screenshots attached.

If everything seems correct, try please to export data from "E2Pdf" -> "Export" to see if it will not output any errors.

Thank you, the links are correct and active too. I cannot find any error. In the exports, unfortunately, the background is also not visible.

You get a PDF but the background is not visible?

Can you please clarify, do you try to use a PDF as a background? If so, PDF as an Image is available only in the RC version so if you need it as described, update please the plugin by following the steps here: https://e2pdf.com/docs/install#rc-version.

P.S. The "Stable" version supports just jpg, png, and gif as "image".
