I recently migrated my site hosting . I had to deactivate the plugin and delete it because I was having issues. Now I am able to install it again, but I cannot activate it. When I try to activate it, I get the following error:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Warning: mkdir(): Permission denied in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/e2pdf/classes/helper/e2pdf-helper.php on line 156

Hello,

The issue is connected with the permissions on the new hosting and migration.

It can be caused by:
- The folder /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-content/uploads/ is not writable (which it must be)
- The folder /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-content/uploads/ or your whole WordPress installation was not set to the new username owner on the new hosting.

It depends on how you migrated the website.

You can check that article explaining the permissions on WordPress installation: https://www.malcare.com/blog/wordpress-file-permissions/

We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

Can you check please the error.log? Fatal error must be logged there.

We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!

Hello,

Unfortunately, in this case, we need to check it directly on your side. You need to submit a support ticket with WP Admin Dashboard access details and FTP details (as the issue can be connected to your WordPress installation / PHP settings) here: https://e2pdf.com/support/request

We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!
