I am completely confused. Trying to insert the download link on my site and getting this message:

PDF Generation Error:

What to do?

Hi,

Is this issue happen if you use "Preview" your template?

Do you have any "e2pdf-html" objects inside PDF? If you have some "e2pdf-html" objects, recheck please if the "value" don't have any malformed html like custom "font" or unclosed tags. It can happen if you copied some text with style from some web pages to "e2pdf-html" objects.

If so, try to remove any "html" tags from "e2pdf-html" objects value and check if issue will remain. It can be done by "Right Mouse Click" on "e2pdf-html" object -> "Properties" -> "Value".

If you will not be able to fix or it's easier for you provide us "access" details so we can check your "e2pdf" template, you can submit support request here.

Yes, this error when I use Preview.

We updated our PDF render engine to fix this issue. Can you try please again "Export" or "Preview" PDF template again and let us know if error still occur. Thank you.
