PDF generation error

Hi,

Check please if you didn't set "Flatten" option to "Full". If you have more than 2 - 3 pages it's highly recommended to use "Flatten" option set to "Yes" instead of "Full".

If it's set to "Yes" or "No".

1. Can you check please error.log for any last "Fatal errors"
2. Attach please example of generated PDF to next message
3. How long time does it take to generate PDF directly from backend: "E2Pdf" -> "Export"?

P.S. Do you use any 3rd party mail plugins or 3rd party mail providers? If yes - try temporary deactivate.

Current error must not affect functionality or any delay. Attach please generated PDF (not screenshot) to next message please so we can see its size and settings.

P.S. You can also try to switch API server at "E2Pdf" -> "Settings" to see if it will improve submissions time.

Current PDF looks okay and not very complex.

If it's acceptable for you, can you please submit support request with access details to WP Admin Dashboard so we can login and make some tests and see your setup? https://e2pdf.com/support/request.

If not:

1. How long time does it take to generate PDF directly from backend: "E2Pdf" -> "Export"?
2. Do you use any custom mail plugins or mail providers? If yes, try to disable it to use default WordPress mailer via PHP.
3. How long does it take with / without [e2pdf-attachment] shortcode so we can see the difference.
4. Did you try to change API servers at "E2Pdf" -> "Settings"?
