So i'm going to tell you what I need to do, tell me what I need version wise please and if I can do all the things I want to do with the plug-in please.

We have weekly Safety Tailboard talks in the field which I'm looking to make as paperless as possible. So I create a form for the weekly topic in Formidable Forms Pro (Which I already own). At that point once the document is submitted, I would like it to be emailed as a PDF to our safety director and give the user who submitted the form the ability to download and/or print the PDF.

Is this all possible with your plug in and what version would I need of E2PDF pro? The word template throws me off.. I would have multiple tailboard talks (once a week) with the older talks being archived for later use if warranted.

Thank you in advance!

Hi,

Exactly for this it was designed E2Pdf.

1) User submits the form with data
2) PDF will be filled with current data
3) This PDF can be emailed as attachment, it can be generated download link or PDF can be saved to server with different shortcodes

Here is some example video with the process:

Docs with shortcodes are located here.

Regarding templates limit: By simple words 1 Template = 1 Mapped PDF (pre-uploaded or created from scratch).

As about plugin version, everything can be tested with free version to be sure that our plugin will fit all your needs, as we do not limit any functionality except number of "activated" templates and pages inside it. So if your PDF report will have just one page it must be enough to use our free version, but if your PDF report must contain more than 1 page or you will need multiple PDFs it will be need to purchase License Key according to your needs.

P.S. If you will need to upgrade paid License Key in future for more Templates it can be done from your Dashboard -> Licenses page just paying the difference.

We remain at your service.
We would really appreciate your feedback at WordPress.org!
