I have E2Pdf setup to include the Last Name, First Name and Form Name in the file "PDF Name" Export settings.

It is functioning properly in FireFox and Safari.

It had been working fine in Chrome until recently. Now, when a PDF is exported, I see that the file it is trying to download is titled "admin.php" and I get an error: Failed - Network error

I have tested this on PC and Mac and get the same issue.

Is there a know issue w Chrome?

Unfortunately, it's not a common issue.

Does the issue happen on the frontend and with other E2Pdf Templates?

Does it take a long time before the download start?

Can you try please to use a "Private" tab from Chrome and see if it would work? If not, it could be caused by some plugin conflict or some misconfiguration of the server.

If it was installed some plugins before the issue appeared or you are using some cache plugins, try please temporarily deactivate it. It could be also caused if it was added some 3rd party code with an error to your theme functions.php or as a PHP snippet. You can also try to check the error.log. Maybe it contains some error notifications.

Can you please update the plugin to the latest version Stable (1.20.17) or RC (1.21.19) and see if the issue still persists?

I updated the plugin, tested the export function in Chrome and it's functioning properly again.
