Remove HTML object when Forminator checkbox is selected

We are trying to make an HTML object disappear if someone selects a checkbox on the Forminator form. Can you please help? There is an image attached that shows the HTML area in E2PDF and the Forminator Checkbox

Hello,
It must be possible to complete via "Actions" and "Conditions". See the screenshots attached.
There are 2 possible ways:
1. If it's a "single" checkbox, you can check if it's empty or not.
2. You can check if the current checkbox is checked by checking via "Contains".
