Signature is not generating - Gravity forms

I am using Gravity forms with signature addon and e2pdf premium license with multiple documents. However signature as a image is not generated, only URL path to that signature. Double checked everything, its fine for me. Need help as soon as possible, thank you!

It could be that "image" access is blocked by some plugin. Due to the way Gravity Forms generates signatures, it must be accessible. Can you please create a "textarea" and map it with the signature field slug? It must generate a URL. Try to access the generated URL from the "textarea" in the private tab.

You can also attach the generated PDF (where the full URL to the "signature" is visible) to the next message and let us know the URL of some test "signature" so we can check it from our side. You can mark the message private so only we can see the message.
