Hi
Bought the Pro version up to 10 templates and have one with 5 pages
But every time I try, new template auto map it only shows 4 out of 5 pages
I have it set up A4 but changing that doesn’t seem to make any difference?

Hi,

Can you please clarify which option are you choosing while "Creating" Template (Empty PDF, Upload PDF or Auto PDF)?

Are you using "pre-made" PDF and it's missed 5th page inside "E2Pdf Template"? Or you are trying to create "Auto PDF" and fields missing from "E2Pdf Template"?

Hi
I’ve created a new pdf template from a Formidable Form then used Auto pdf - the first 4 pages are fine but the 5th doesn’t show at all

"Auto PDF" does not respect number of pages from "Formidable Form". PDF is created based on the size of "E2Pdf Template", "font size" and "line-height" and its free space. Most of fields must be supported by "Auto PDF".

If you are sure that "E2Pdf Template" was created with not all fields and it is acceptable for you - you can submit support ticket here, so we can take a look on issue as it can be connected with "form" structure. Or you can try add page manually, place needed fields and elements and "map" them via "Visual Mapper".

How can I automatically make a e2pdf generate and email out to a person once they've hit submit on the website form?

Hi,

If you are using "Formidable Forms" just add [e2pdf-attachment id="1"] to email body, where 1 is the ID of "E2Pdf Template". Example screenshot attached.

Hi ,
So what you're saying this will automatically generate the email when the user gets the email and clicks on that link? Or is the pdf generated and attached in that email?

[e2pdf-attachment] shortcode will generate attachment
[e2pdf-download] shortcode will generate download link

Hi,

If you copied it from email body, you made mistake in typing the shortcode.

The correct values must be: [e2pdf-download id="14"] and [e2pdf-attachment id = "14"] not [e2df

Make please corrections and check again.

If it will still fail after corrections please attach screenshots of "Email" body and the list of your templates (under "E2Pdf" -> "Templates").
