Want to create new template with PDF file

Hello
I am trying to create new template.
Fill out options in box when it opens.
Choose "upload PDF"
It thinks a while, comes to options box.
Then what? Don't see my pdf, cant map fields, no continue button.

"empty PDF" works I guess.
"auto PDF" seems to work.
What am I doing wrong?

Are you able to choose PDF after clicking "Upload PDF"? Which browser are you using?

If you able to choose PDF can you please submit support request here with attached PDF so we can review it.

Yes I am able to select the pdf, and it names the new template according to the file name of the pdf. I will add the pdf as described above.
I am using Safari. I will try with another browser.
Same result with Chrome.

Try please upload PDF again.

Issue must be fixed now and PDF must be uploaded without any issues. Let us know please if you will face any other problems.
